Vacuum leaks are best found while the engine is still cool and at idle. Some shops use butane, I use a cigarette lighter, and when the gas is sucked in the idle will change.
Most common leak is the vacuum line that is the hardest to get to, behind the PS pump and below the top coolant hose. It comes out of the manifold and makes a 90 degree turn to the driver's side under the manifold. If it is bad enough, you can hear it leak.
On the 850s, it was somewhat common for the manifold gasket to spring a leak. That can be found by spraying it with water from a bottle, if the leak is on top. One of the board members just had one that leaked under the #1 cyl.
