Clunk when turning V70-XC70

I have a 1998 V70R AWD. Recently I have heard a clunk type noise occasionally while tuning at a slow speed. I thought it may be the transmission, but I haven't had any problems through the gears. Could it be a universal joint problem? The car has 191K and had recent rear brake work completed, rotors etc.
