rear tailgate on SW and general clunks 850 95

Thanks all, I have two basic questions,

My car has 75K miles, I have had the car for 6 month's

1st, the car clunk's at speed bunps and dips in the road, question do I have bad bushings or bad struts?

2nd, The cover on the station wagon tailgate has come appart, the little clips are gone, what is the proper and long term fix?
