An odd wet spark plug will be a quick indicator before you do a compression test

Yes, I was thinking the same. If I pulled a spark plug and it was clean or wet that would be an indication.

No White smoke

Oh I will check for a wet carpet when I get home, but I do remember not smelling any antifreeze in the cabin.
