Ray,

On my MY2000 S70/GLT I have the AW-4....not the AW-5.

I like the 4 speed much better than the 5 anyhow. The other MY2000’s I drove that had the AW-5 always did some weird stuff....like very harsh down-shifts...and just general weird shifting points.

Any how.....I am not sure if the later build date(mine is 11/99)GLT’s came with the AW-5’s or not. My next Volvo will be a HPT w/5 speed manual.
