Check your brake lights first, easy to do.

Did you clear the codes and still get 211-214? When I changed my rotors, I cleaned the area where the slots are that are read by the sensors. Very hard to see with the rotors on.
Perhaps the person changing the rotors moved the sensors? It doesn't make sense to see all 4 DTCs, especially since you drove the car above 20mph.
