engine stabilizer bracket problem S70 1998

Went to check out my stabilizer rubber bushing/mount and found another whole problem.

The bracket has two bolts on the bottem that anchor it to the engine, and one longer flat sided bolt that anchors it to the top of the cylinderhead (top of the engine). What I noticed is that the front bottom bolt that screws into what seems to be the case of the engine, is cracked along where the bolt screws in, and thus it doesn't tighten (like its stripped, but is actually moves (wiggles). My guess is that this totally negates the whole anchoring purpose of the bracket, and thus my engine probably is moving more than it should. Has anyone ever seen this? Any suggestions on dealing with this? I'm afraid if I took it to the dealer, they would want to replace my block, or something major like that. How serious do you think this is? (I'm at 87K, so I'm past any warranty).

thanks,

db
