sounds like it could be a vacuum leak in one of the hoses around the intake manifold. In a '93, those little hoses are likely brittle and cracked. A good precaution is to go to the dealer, buy the little hoese, replace them all. Hopefully will cure your idle problem. Even if it doesn't, it is cheap preventative medicine. Though I do suspect that is the cause.
