Above is where you can get "Service Bulletins" however, bulletins are just a documented method of repairing something should it need it, not a list of things to be done to your car. The dealer will not make a repair to your vechicle just because there may be a bulletin listed. Bulletins are nothing more than an addition to a service manual, more clarification on a procedure etc.
