ac shut off 850 '95

It's me again,

When the outside temp. reaches mid 80's and above my ac will shut off periodically, only for a few seconds, but it doesn't just do it under full throttle it will do it just cruising down the highway, gets quite annoying when it is really hot. Also my fresh air seems to be warmer than it should be, do I need a heater control valve for that?
