2003 V70 V70-XC70

I picked up my 03 V70 AWD today, the only thing I had been on the fence about was the 95/5 AWD system. I am an old RWD man (82'240, 84'740, 88'245, 94'945)but decided it was a good deal, and my 945T has been fighting with me for the last year, whole bunch of 15yr problems rearing there ugly heads. So I was in the dealership doing the whole spiel and rigmarole, and the dealer presented me with the work they had done to resell the car, so to my surprise they just replaced the bevel gear and viscous coupling (to the tune of about $2500), the previous owner had complained about a grinding noise when accelerating but this was after they had traded in the car for an 09 XCV70, anyway since I know know it has been replaced it is one less thing I need to worry about, however I am wondering when I get the timing belt replaced at 105K (next ~6months) should I go ahead and get the transmission flushed and filled, and does this include the rear axle (AWD) system or is it independent of the front transmission.

Thanks a bunch, hate to switch over from the 940 forum but I hope the advice is just as good as I am used to.
