850 R Head rebuild or engine replacement?

I went to the mechanic who does all my major Rolls-Royce repairs. He referred me to the machine shop he uses for Volvo/Mercedes/BMW, etc. They are familiar with the engine and will do it for a little over half the price of the places I've found online. It's a little shop over in the back woods that does import engine rebuilding. Who would have known...LOL.

Thank you for your suggestion...I can buy the gaskets, PCV kit and all for the same price just the rebuild would have cost!
