Haha, maybe in my mind, If the Volvo gets be from point A to point B it is driving alright. But yes, it does seem that there is a large problem present.

This weekend, I will take a look at all the mounts. Will it be clearly evident if any of them are broken or am I going to have to look for some particular sign.

And yes, you bring up a good point, I really doubt there would be enough room to do a timing belt change.

I'm hoping its a broken mount but my inclination is it was never fixed properly after it was wrecked. I just surprised it drives as well as it does.
