Got a T5R today Need Some Help

After you get a compression test, replace the plugs, wires, cap & rotor with OEM goods. Go to Stylin' Motors : http://www.stylinmotors.com/volvo.html
and replace every vacuum hose you can find. The blue ones look pretty good.

Take a good look at their intercooler piping...

Do NOT rev this engine again until it sounds really good. You don't want to bend a valve because the timing belt is old.
