My car was doing that last month, intermittent nothing (dash lights did light) when I turned the key. It was the starter. I paid a couple of hundred dollars to have an auto electric shop rebuilt it. An other time I had intermittent no starting I also had other weird electric symtoms like doors locking and unlocking....turned out to be dirty ground connections then. If the car turns over at all then none of this is of any help. Good Luck.
