If I didn't alredy have the oem lights installed, I'd install Hella micro DE's instead. A lot cheaper ($118 at Susquehanna Motorsports), and IMHO they're the best halogen foglight in the business. Go to Hella.com, products and services (consumer), and check out the Light Tunnel feature.

To make my Volvo oem foglights (also by Hella) perform as well as the MicroDE's, I had to hack the mounting. Otherwise most of the light output spills uselessly onto the ground directly in front of the car. (I believe my instructions are archived, look in Oct 2001).
