Radio Antanee 850 1996

I have a loose or broken connection in the cable that runs from the antanee to the radio. By removing the radio and moving the cable, the connection is restored. How involved is the replacement of this cable. I envision having to snake it the whole way back to the power antanee? Is this correct or is there a simpler fix?
