Computers have replaced the "cold start injector". Take a look at the vacuum line that comes out of the injector rail and into the vacuum tree by the throttle. If there is gasoline in it, your fuel pressure regulator has failed.

Other than that, clean the Throttle body. I bet it is completely clogged up.
