fog lights installation problem 850 95

NEEEEED HEEEELP!!!

I am having a problem w/ fog lights installation: bought a switch, relay and relay harness - relay harness came w/ 4 plugs-1 for the switch, 1 for the existing wiring, and 1 for the relay. There is another black plug - a salesmen from the dealership said there is another relay by the brake pedal, but i cannot find anything - spent 2 hrs looking for something that does not exist on my 850glt. I anybody knows - please help!
