I get no blink when I first start the car ... the LED ..

On B1 I get no respond it just not blinking not doing any thing.. when I plug the test lead on B1 the LED just come on RED and stay on but will not blink.... I press and hold nothing change..

this lead me to believe some wrong with the fan so thing just short out ??

New Is there away I can used a jumper wire to by pass the fan motor resistor? [850][1994turbo]
