Fault Code Tool Recommendation 850 96

My '96 850 Wagon is running fine except for a lit check engine light. Since the dealership charges almost $40.00 a shot to check the fault codes, I've decided to invest that $40.00 in my own fault code download tool.

Does anyone here have any recommendations as to brand, or model, tool? I also have a '97 Acura Integra GS-R, so if you have a recommendation that fits both cars, that would be great.
