The SIPS bag is in the seat back and there is nothing wrong with it. Like they said, the connector is not properly connected. The connector is under the seat.

If you play with it, do NOT turn on the ignition as long as it is unplugged. If you do, the SRS light will come on and you will go to the dealer again.
