Do anybody with 1996 model 850 wagon have foglights mounted in factory?

I have gotten my hands on a wiring diagram, and in the lowest leftmost position on the "relayboard" there is descibed som selector-thing for different zones. (US-Japan-Euro)

Could somebody take a look, and describe to me how it looks/ is done?

I would appreciate it a lot.
