Here is my delima: I have a na 94 854. A couple of weeks ago the check engine light came on. I pulled the code and found that it was the EGR code. I got out my EGR valve and cleaned it. It was pretty mucked up. I reset the light and no more light - for about 5 minutes. I wasn't that worried. I figured I would get it into the shop as soon as possible and get that fixed. The only problem I would have would be a lttle worse gas mileage. Well - I procrastinated. Now my car suddenly is using large amounts of oil, smells like burning oil, and the oil light is coming on when I go around sharp corners. My temporary solution is to keep puttin oil in the car. But that is definately not the best one. Any ideas what is causing this problem. As much as I need to fix my Egr I don't see how this could cause the problem. Any ideas? Thanks - Cory
