When I arrived at the Brick Board, it did not take me long to determine who was the "authority" and who was not. Whenever there is a new problem posted, I always look down the list of responders to see if Klaus' name appears. I will always read his response first.

Most forums have someone who becomes the "go-to" guy. I also subscribe to an MG forum hosted by Moss Motors (Moss is to MG what IPD is to Volvo). Klaus' "brother" is over there, too, and goes by the name of "Motorbill". The point is that you come to trust the opinions of such people, and they encourage you (and teach you) to DIY.

I, too, encourage you to support the Brick Board with your donations. Just think of how much money you have saved by not going to the dealership. If you donate only a fraction of that amount to the Brick Board, it will always be here for us.
