Not too many in your neighborhood, so look around the bay area. I found this bargain:

Of course, the AC must work. Interesting, it has Turbo wheels but no mention if it is a T5 or a low pressure turbo which didn't come with those wheels.

Getting 2 new front axles is not expensive.
