Hi Klaus - just replace a new ignition switch and still got the same symptoms, already checked all the fuses and none of them had shorted and relays seems all ok. Even called volvo dealer to ask a questions about radio code, if it make the car stall if for a certain period of tries, car will stall.. they said no.

Run out of ideas, brought to a mechanic nearby, this one got me...been fixing this car for a while...my skills reached from changing head gasket to replacing shocks but could not find the no start problem. Thanks for your feedback.
