FYI I recently looked up the little bumper part numbers for my car (1998 V70) and got a quote from FCP so they can get them for you, probably cheaper than the dealer though I'll admit I didn't check with them.

tailgate bumpers volvo numbers (I forget which part is which but they're about $5 each so $20 for the set):
