Your stock springs are fine. I use bilstein's on the front and back and I love the result. Its firm, but you can't feel every bump. Im running 205/50/16's.
The sway bars are a must have! HUGE improvement.
Go ahead and replace the links if you want. With the new sways you might as well. Please change the spring seats and strut mounts.
The Control arms and bushing are one piece. IIRC ~$125 each at the dealer. Get OEM!! Mine lasted to 150k.

Make sure you get an alignment after you do all this, or you will eat through your tires.
