Normally, high mileage cars don't bother me if they have been aggressively maintained. But, 'dealer maintained' means that there has been little to no preventive maintenance done. You will want to read every scrap of maint paper that the owner/seller has, looking for tranny flushes, suspension fixes, timing belt(scheduled for 210K), Driver Information Module replacement, ETM replacement, and the list goes on.
It has been my experience, that when a vehicle hits the 200K mark, the residual value drops to scrap without lots of current replacement parts. Even with great maint, a price over $2K is hard to fetch.
