1995 850 Cluster lights 850

There are a number of components in this circuit. Two overcurrent relays, the dimmer switch, the light switch and the ignition switch. There are three identical black cubical relays in the electrical panel and you can try swapping them around to see if that's the problem. Other than that it's component replacement time. BTY... My dash lights started failing after 1 - 2 minutes operation and it turned out to be the dimmer switch.
