Yes time is a BIG factor to consider not just mileage. I'd consider you actually OVER DUE! Your car I think has the mechanical tensioner so is good to 105K. The hydarulic is less (I think 70K). The belt is a rubber composit and is subject to deteriation due to heat and ozone. You are on borrowed time.
The good news however is the change out is pretty simple when done with air tools. If you don't have an impact wrench I wouldn't say it's simple, but still doable, but with a need for some mechanical skills on how to hold the crank in position when getting the crank pully on and off. Of course there is the method of where you don't remove the pulley. I looked at that for a short ime and didn't go that route since I had the tools. It can be done, as other will attest to.
