I have always used Blizzaks on both my Volvos - I agree they do wear a little too much on dry pavement, but not too noisey, unless your going about 90! I look at this way, what price safety and peace of mind? They are only on the car 4 or 5 months at a time and then I can look forward to the worst winter can throw at us!
