oil change 850 1996

I plan to do my own motor oil changes, using synthetic.

1) What is(are) the preferred oil(S)and how much do they cost.

2) Where is a good place to buy oil, and filters? Air Filters also.

3) Does Bay 13 have instructions?

Its a V70 T5
