When my 1998 V70 T5(Manual) exhibited similar symptoms, my indie spent several hours troubleshooting the usual suspects, but eventually concluded that the Engine Control Module (ECM) had failed. He spent several days trying to locate a replacement (Bosch #608; $450), rather than paying big $$$ to the local dealer.

However, your codes seem to lead in another direction (Evaporative Emission System).
