About 35 psi measured by a guage at the fuel rail (fitting). If you don't have FP there, check for 12v at the wiring going to the pump assuming that you have a wiring diagram and know which wires those are?

If there's no FP and 12v key cycled at those wires, the in tank pump is NG. If you don't have 12v there, it's electrical such as the FP relay.
