Ball Joint Recall...Sucks My... S80 1999

I had my 1999 S80 in for the ball joint recall last week, the dealer performed the task very quickly and all seemed to be O.K. But now after a week of driving the car the front end popping sound is back, the car did have the bushings replaced last year. My patience with this car is being to wear thin, it will be in the dealer again next week, the seventh time in 14 months...Sucks the big one....

Anybody else have probs after the recall????????????

P.S. should've bought the GS 400 I was looking at first...
