Timing Belt - replace Pulleys? water pump again? 850 1997

Most of us replace the water pump at 180+ miles, you already did that. The OEM pump is very good, unlike VW, BMW, etc.

You will need to determine if the tensioner pully needs to be replaced, most do that because it is not very expensive to begin with and results in piece of mind.

BTW, check the rollers on the S belt while it is off. Both tensioners should still be in great shape.
