OK got headlights checked, still dark out there S70 1998

Check the fine print on the bottom of the lenses. US cars have DOT printed on them, the Ecode will have an "E".

If you current lights have great high beams, the low beams might just be a little in the low side. Check them yourself. The Ecode lenses I put on my 1998 caused me to adjust them down almost to the bottom of the adjustment. There is a little sight level on the tops of both headlights, what it is for beats me, and it is fun to watch the adjustment. Just use a large phillips head screwdriver.
