Braking question V70-XC70 1999

Wet rotors do that. That is why 2009 BMW has added a feature to the ABS module to lightly squeeze the pads against the rotor to keep them dry. I guess the wipers have to be on for it to work.

For one wheel to grab first depends on how wet the pads and rotors are.

Still better than the good old drum brakes. When they got wet you wouldn't have brakes for a very long time.
