I couldn't afford all of the Volvo software needed to fix these new cars :)
The P1670 Electronic Feedback Signal Not Detected, is strange because it points to the immobilizer. That would be correct diagnosis for a no start condition.
But the P0350 is for the 'coil' and your car doesn't have one, but 5. Can the immobilizer cut power to the coil? Probably. That's the way I would have designed the software.
The P0351 is a problem with #1 coil, most likely, and unrelated to the other 2 codes. Unless the cylinder was 'washed' with gasoline and the compression became too low to fire, or the plug is real dirty.
Just because the immobilizer ring was replaced last year does not mean that it can't fail again. It is fairly easy to replace, DIY. Just get a new one and try it out. No company programming is involved.
If your old ring is less than 1 yr old, then Volvo should replace it for free.
