So long as Amsoil ATF is 3309 equivalent, go ahead.

Sure, dirty atf will sink to the bottom of the sump and the new Amsoil will stay at the top. Really? The pickup tube for the pump is at the bottom of the sump, so...

If you drain and fill 3 times, your fluid will be better than before, but not 100% amsoil. Just make sure you measure correctly, you don't want to over/under fill.
