Window roller and travel adjustment C70

Is this the cable connection at the upper left on the drivers side toward the rear of the car? Essentially behind the door lock pop up hole? Can I move this cable sheath with the window and regulator mechanism still fully installed? It appears I would have to do this with my hands blindly?

I seem to have successfully adjusted the excessive height such that the window does not get caught outside the molding at the top.
