Simple things first. Pull the caliper slides and clean all of the black goo off, regrease and put them back.
Jack the wheel off the ground, spin the wheel. Then apply the grakes without engine on, and try spinning the wheel again. The caliper should free itself.
When greasing the slides, inspect the ABS sensor. Clean it off and make sure the wires are not chaffed.
Look at the pads, in place, and see if there is more wear on one vs the other.
Last, check the bearings for play. Wiggle the wheel.
A rebuilt caliper is not that expensive, just a pain getting the brake line off.
