Another owner had problem with the wrong plugs....got me thinking...and asking V70-XC70

I have the 2004 version and there was a TSB on the fuel pressure regulator. The dealer replaced it no-charge. My starts up at a fast idle and drops down within about 30 seconds (guesstimate).
