I ordered the service manual (TP 2101201) Engines 850 1992 - onwards

It has a really nice pictorial of changing the timing belt. I think that it was about $35 on www.volvotechinfo.com

YES, it is time to change the belt before you read up on how to change your engine.

Check out the T belt kit on www.eeuroparts.com

If the water pump shaft does not wobble, then it should be okay. However eine Deutsches gebautes Pumpe ist nur $53 von Hepu, and they are pretty good. It is cheap insurance.
