Your T5 is meant to ride in a "controlled" manner, rough! Most T5s were ordered with shorter sport springs. Obviously, the smaller the sidewall the less give over sharp bumps and the rougher the ride.

you can figure out if you can go to 50 or even 55 aspect ratio. The V rated tires will also have less flex than the S rated tires and tread design makes a world of difference.
If your car is approaching 130K miles, you might want to consider new struts/shocks as well. Older shocks will ride rougher than newer ones.
