Wait until the engine is cold. I doubt the manifold is broken, probably the flexible portion of the down pipe.

With a cold engine, have someone hold a cloth over the exhaust pipe by the bumper. That will force exhaust out the obvious hole in front.

If the pipe is broken in front of the CAT, you can remove it and have a welder close it up for minimal expense. Do not weld on the car.

Use a penetrating oil like PBBlaster on the bolts, let it soak real good before attempting to remove exhaust bolts.
