Dave, I too have intermittent probs with ABS/TRACS, wheel sensors already replaced. if I choose not to replace the ABS control unit will it hurt anything, or will I have no ABS? Also have intemittent starting probs, I think it's the starter but because it only does this after long drives and re-starts, Volvo cannot duplicate the problem, any ideas? And One more---- my check engine light just came on, Volvo says it's the knock sensors, is that a do-it-yourself job? 1994 850 Turbo 137K miles..I really want to keep the car.
