My wife's 95 855 is much stiffer then my 98 S70 T5. But, I think

the 855 is a bit too stiff and the S70 T5 is just right. The

855 does seem to be a bit more reponsive in handling and rock

steady at highway speeds (the S70 can wallow a bit at freeway

speeds over large dips where as the 855 just sucks em up). Still,

I prefer the S70 T5 suspension for daily life.

However, I did once rent a 98 S70 (base model) and the suspension

was definitly softer then my T5 (T5s and GLTs have the same base

suspenesion). It felt under damped and there seemed to be

more body roll then I like.
